Everything... The park and pool are so beautiful. Thank you and welldone to the gardeners. Miko at the reception was very helpfull and he organized our train reservation. Thank-you for the up grade. Our sons really appreciated. Riski and all the restaurant team were very professional. The food is really good with top quality. Welldone to the chef in kitchen, with his amazing croissants, like in France. It was a real pleasure to have a rest with you. I hope to come back...

The accomodation js really nice, we loved it, from exterior is soo modern and well capted, the pool is really good, the employees were all kind.The speciality coffe and the cappuccino with oat milk were very good and wingko ( deseret)it is a must try. Anyway best hotel in Banyuwangi

I had a wonderful stay at Dialoog Banyuwangi! The hotel has a beautiful design, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly staff who made me feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of the ocean was just amazing — especially during sunrise.

This is my 1st time in Banyuwangi. The main reason I chose this hotel because of the location and facilities. The staff is so friendly. Upon arrival from Ijen hiking I was greet by the receptionist and gave us a short brief about hotel. Welcome drink and warm towel provided. I don't have to wait long to check in. Restaurant offered a variety of dish. From local to international cuisine. Gym and swimming pool are available too. Very clean and well maintain by the staff. Landscape around the hotel is so green. Feel fresh. Restaurant is open air concept. Guest can enjoy the meals nicely and calm and the view is breathtaking. The hotel is just beside the sea and offered the view of Bali island on the side of Banyuwangi. Room was nicely done. Comfortable bed and very spacious. At night, guest can just sit at the balcony and enjoy the sound of the sea. Morning will be greet by the sound of the birds.

Everything! The layout of the accomodation blocks in relation to restaurant, pool, bar and garden. The room interior. The spectacular view towards Bali across the pool. The outstanding staff, helpful and going the extra mile. It is kid friendly.

The location is beautiful. A wide garden full of coconuts trees offers an amazing view on the Java/Bali strait. Nice swimming pool and comfy sitting areas in the greens. The atmosphere is breezy and cool.

A new, modern, beautifully designed hotel. Believe the pictures you see, it really is like that! Staff are amazing: competent, friendly, and they lack the shyness that staff members have in other places. Thank you to the manager and the whole team, we had a great stay here! Breakfast is amazing, and dinner as well,. There's a brand new and very well equipped gym that we used every day. We loved sitting at the outside bar and just watch the sea and nearby Bali. We'll be back at the Dialoog some time in the future for sure!
